Moodley Real Estate, a Proudly South African brand with just over a decade of combined experience, was established by the vibrant husband-and-wife duo, Norman Moodley and Kuvendri Moodley. The brand is the realisation of a 21-year dream of working together in a family business which centres around their passion – people.
Norman started as a newcomer under the KW Clockwork brand and quickly established himself as a serious contender within the brand and in the property market. Shortly after Norman, Kuvendri entered the industry as a newcomer at Keller Williams Clockwork and soon established herself alongside her husband as a household name in the Edenvale suburbs. Moodley Real Estate has grown in strides, working throughout Gauteng, registering Team Moodley Real Estate under the KW Clockwork brand in 2021 and opening their own independent satellite office in Harmelia in September 2021.
Both Norman Moodley and Kuvendri Moodley are registered as full status agents with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority. The team quickly achieved the goals and targets they set for themselves and in December 2022, Himeshan Moodley, their son joined the team. Moodley Real Estate was soon ready to spread its wings which they did by breaking away from KW Clockwork and establishing themselves as an independent real estate agency in 2024.
Moodley Real Estate is proud of its’ humble beginnings as a family business and its slogan “Business with a Purpose”. The slogan epitomises what the family and the business live every day and is focused on:
